Called To Excellence Basic School

| CTE Basic School, Montego Bay, Jamaica, West Indies |
CTE Basic School was founded in 2001 on the island
of Jamaica to serve the underprivileged children of Norwood Society in the hills above Montego Bay. Our average yearly
enrollment runs around 55 to 60 children ranging in ages 3 to 6. Our education is Christian-based and follows the guidelines
of the Ministry of Education, Early Childhood Development program of Jamaica. Our students rank in the higher percentile
of academics when they leave CTE Basic School.

CTE Basic School started in the lower level of Pastor Syd and
Sister Joy's house. Called to Excellence Ministries provided financial support and sent teams to help with construction
of the classroom. God literally "moved a mountain" to get the school built, as the foundation of the school
was cut out of solid rock.

| The new CTE Basic School |
Due to changes in the Jamaican law, basic schools could not be housed within
a private residence. However, God provided a plot of land nearby and CTE started a new school.
At this time we have two teachers and a cook. These children are given one hot meal
a day and a snack. Our staff are Jamaican nationals and we are sending for the first time this year a short term mission
intern during the school year.

We believe that if we can reach the children at a tender age, we
can have a positive effect on their lives as they grow and mature. Breaking the cycle of poverty isn’t easy because
much of it is a “mindset” but being an instrument in the Hands of God through education in the Word is a positive
step toward freedom.
